There will be no issue with data privacy as FilPass because the Data Privacy commission only requires companies to register under them if they would directly have access to the customer data.
In this case, FilPass has no access to customer data. We simply provide the school with a system and we have no access to the database of the school.
To add, our system is blockchain-secured system. It cannot be easily hacked. Data cannot be stolen unless a person gives permission and access to certain records. In addition, we have a revoking feature to take back records and protect them.
FilPass cannot use the data or the school and will not be able to use the data for our personal purposes.
We will simply give the school the FilPass system and the school can use it to upload, issue, and verify student and employee records on their own.
Analogy:
It is just like renting a house.
We may be the owner of the house (system) but we cannot simply go into the tenant’s home because the key is with them and we do not have permission to do so. The tenant has access to his own items (data) but FilPass cannot go in and look or take any.
