What if the student prints the document? Does that mean that the registrar will not earn from the issuance of documents?

If a student prints the documents and uses it beyond the expiration date, the document will be revoked when scanned as this will already be expired. The school may also fix the settings of the document that will be issued for the student to not be able to print and download the issued document. There will be more profit available because the registrar can now put expiry dates on the documents and revoke access. This means that a student would have to pay before getting their diplomas, transcripts, and certificates. |
